We fully understand the concerns around traveling during this time, and consistent with our commitment to care, we have implemented the following: We are committed to being flexible with booking terms and conditions until we have greater clarity regarding the extent of the situation. This applies to the timing of deposits and final payments, as well as providing the opportunity to postpone travel to a later date. Each of our guest enquiries will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine the best way forward, and to provide a level of reassurance during this time.
We are proud members of Pack for a Purpose, an initiative that allows travellers like you to make a lasting impact in the community at your travel destination. If you save just a few kilos of space in your suitcase and bring supplies for area schools or medical clinics in need, you’ll make a priceless impact in the lives of our local children and families.
